Coca-Cola Leadership Retreat Packages - Applications are available now for student organization retreats in the 2010-2011 academic year! Visit the Retreat Packages page for additional information and application deadlines. Organizations may apply for retreats on a quarterly basis.

Marketing
The Ohio Union offers a variety of resources to promote involvement and events, either through our events calendar, homepage features, or through virtual bulletin board space in the building.
Graphics
The Ohio Union Graphic Department is comprised of three full-time designers aided by several student interns. Our graphic designers provide professional design of publication materials, logo development, and promotional materials. Up to 2 designs per quarter are provided FREE to student organizations.
Promotions
The Ohio Union has a position dedicated for helping student organization and campus partners identify unique, creative promotional items for groups and events. From t-shirts to give-aways to awards, our promotions coordinator can deliver a memorable experiences.
Photography and Videography
The Ohio Union Photo Services is dedicated to recording student activities at The Ohio State University through thoughtful, creative, consistently excellent photographic images.

Registered and active student organizations may request website space to be hosted through Ohio State University. To request web space, Presidents should login to the student organization management system to complete the online request form. Coca-Cola
The University's contract with Coca Cola prohibits the purchase of competitor products with university funds, and prohibits the distribution of competitor products on campus. The contract further provides students the opportunity to request Coca Cola products for programs or events, provided the request is submitted at least two weeks in advance. Requests can be submitted using the
Coca-Cola Beverage Donation Request.
