Ohio State's three recognized student government organizations – Undergraduate Student Government (USG), the Council of Graduate Students (CGS), and the Inter-Professional Council (IPC) – each receive 8.5% of what their constituents pay into the Student Activity Fee. Each of those organizations uses its Student Activity Fee allocation a little differently, but they must all follow guidelines established by the Council on Student Affairs (CSA) and report to CSA on a quarterly basis regarding their budget.
