LeaderShape

The LeaderShape Institute is an annual leadership development experience offered just for Ohio State students.  LeaderShape is a six-day program that focuses on building teams, developing lifelong leadership skills, creating a vision for the future, and leading with integrity.  Ohio State is fortunate to be able to host a campus-based session of this national program for the past 13 years.

LeaderShape utilizes highly interactive program methods rather than classroom lectures. Everyone is a teacher and everyone is a learner. A great deal of work is done in small groups, called family clusters. The Family Cluster provides a supportive, safe environment, which promotes learning and the development of new skills and attitudes. Another unique feature of LeaderShape is the Team Challenge Course. This half-day outdoor team-building experience teaches concepts of trust, communication, and problem solving.

LeaderShape 2012 is schedule for August 11-16, 2012. Informational sessions for those interested in applying to attend will be held at the beginning of spring quarter. Applications will also be made available online at that time.
